This plastic pouch is made of 100% recycled fused plastic. In this case, two (unused!!!) pineapple printed dog poop bags (why?) tied to a neighbors fence, fading in the sun for weeks. While not completely waterproof, these pouches are water resistant - so you could take it on the river, just don't tip the canoe.
