This plastic pouch is made of Cool Trash’s proprietary, legendary confetti plastic! Little bits of produce nets, plastic bag offcuts, tiny colorful scraps suspended in plastic. It’s magic. 100% recycled fused plastic. While not completely waterproof, these pouches are water resistant - so you could take it on the river, just don't tip the canoe.
